An important part of preparing well for an interview is researching your employer and the position you are applying for. You need to have all the background information about the company/organization you are applying for. Recruiters find it quite impressive when their candidates have knowledge about their company and it’s brand and job expectations. Once you know what position you want to apply for, look into the company’s website and see what it’s all about. Read up on their “About Us” section and see what their brand represents, what they are known for and what they offer. It’ll be a sweet surprise when they  realize you know what you are talking about and make you that much more commendable.
